TEX-7

TEX-7 is an environmentally friendly and low foam type oil removal training agent, with excellent oil removal, waxing and refining performance, both good wetting and permeability performance, and low foam, good alkali resistance (60g / L), safe and environmental protection, excluding A P E O.Suitable for cotton fabric refinement and spandex-containing fabrics and other pretreatment processes.

PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATION

1. TEX-7 has excellent emulsification, washing, wetting and dispersion properties, suitable for oil removal, waxing removal, refinement and other processes of cotton fabrics and chemical fiber spandex fabrics.
2. TEX-7 can give the fabric and yarn excellent wool efficiency and whiteness, short processing time, mild product nature, and does not damage the fiber.
3. TEX-7 has excellent wetting, permeability ability, with a wetting penetration time of 15-20 seconds at 0.1% active material content.
4. TEX-7 is a low bubble product, with 0.1% active material content, normal temperature and easy to vacuole; almost no bubble above 60℃, and can effectively inhibit the foam production of the system.
5. TEX-7 is 60g / L, with good base stability and good compatibility.

Not flammable, no explosive, non-toxic, slightly irritating to the skin, irritating to the eyes, can be completely biodegradable.

STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION AND PRECAUTIONS
Storage and transportation according to the requirements of general non-combustible chemicals;
Closed preservation, to prevent exposure to the rain, shelf life of two years;
Wash the skin with water, splash into the eyes and rinse with water.
