DESCRIPTION

TL-302A is an anionic dispersant containing pigment affinity groups for a water-based coating system, printing ink, etc.It is a standard aid used for resin-free pigment concentrate slurry.Suitable for various pigments.Have a strong adhesion reduction effect, and can enhance the luster.In the printing dyeing pulp system, with strong alkaline energy resistance.The product is highly versatile, suitable for carbon black, organic and mixed pigment system.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS
The aid deflocculation the pigment through the dual stabilization of steric resistance and charge.With the small particle size of the deflocculation pigment, high luster and enhanced color strength are obtained.Moreover, the transparency of transparent pigments and the covering power of opaque pigments are also improved.Due to the reduced viscosity, the mobility is improved and increases the pigment content.

The aid is particularly suitable for the production of stable resin-free pigment slurry with a pigment content of 30-60%.These pigment concentrate slurry can be used for standard water based substrate.

The aid has strong alkaline energy resistance and is especially suitable for printing chromatin system.

RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVEL

Auxiliary dosage (purchased form) based on pigment:

Organic pigment: 10% —— 20%

Carbon Black: 10% —— 30%

The above data are an empirical amount, and the best amount needs to be determined through a series of trials.

 

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Grinding should only take place in water and grinding resin. Mix the additive with water and only add the pigments once the additive has been homogeneously and uniformly distributed.

 

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION 

Separation or turbidity may occur during storage or transportation below 0 °C. Heat to 20 °C and stir.
