To strengthen electrical safety awareness and improve technical skills among frontline employees, Hubei Jadechem recently organized a comprehensive Electrical Equipment Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance Training session. This training is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
In the industrial manufacturing environment, electrical equipment maintenance plays a critical role in ensuring both production efficiency and workplace safety. Electrical faults, if not detected early, can lead to equipment failure, safety incidents, or production downtime. By investing in regular training and preventive maintenance programs, Hubei Jadechem is fostering a strong safety culture across its operations.
The training was conducted by Mr. Song Yushan, an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer in the company’s project department. The session covered key topics including:
Standard procedures for electrical equipment operation
How to detect early signs of electrical faults
Daily maintenance practices to prevent equipment failures
Safety inspection methods: smell, see, hear, touch, and measure
“In production, small details matter. Being alert and proactive can prevent bigger risks,” Mr. Song emphasized.
Following the technical training, Production Director Mr. Teng Jinliang delivered a speech reinforcing the importance of integrating safety protocols into everyday operations.
“Electrical safety is more than a checklist. It’s about mindset, consistency, and attention to detail. We must apply our monthly training knowledge to every shift, assess risks critically, and stay prepared at all times.”
Mr. Teng also encouraged all departments to align safety practices with long-term production goals, turning electrical risk management into a standard operating habit.
This initiative reflects Jadechem’s strong focus on employee development, equipment reliability, and sustainable production practices. By combining technical knowledge with practical applications, the company continues to enhance its safety standards and protect its workforce.
