Jadechem Holds January 2026 Flag-Raising Ceremony and Annual Business Kickoff Meeting

On the morning of January 4, 2026, Jadechem convened its January flag-raising ceremony and annual business kickoff meeting. The event set the tone for the new year, emphasizing sustained performance growth, strict budget discipline, and comprehensive capability enhancement across the organization.

Liang Lichun, Vice President and General Manager of Jadechem Wuhan Plant, underscored the importance of strengthening safety management in 2026. He called for rigorous maintenance of both new and existing equipment, and for unwavering adherence to safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention standards. He further stressed the need to prioritize operating results by maximizing production capacity utilization, motivating the sales teams to pursue performance excellence and rankings, and striving for strong sales momentum in January ahead of the Lunar New Year.

Mr. Liang also highlighted the importance of cost optimization and inventory control to achieve dual growth in efficiency and results. In addition, he encouraged continued enhancement of technical R&D capabilities and customized service offerings to better support customer needs.

Chairman Song Wenchao delivered a keynote address, noting that all Jadechem colleagues demonstrated remarkable determination and teamwork in December, achieving hard-won results under challenging conditions.
