WUHAN, CHINA – September 1, 2026 – Jadechem held its September flag-raising ceremony and monthly business kick-off meeting, setting priorities for the next stage of operations with a focus on market opportunities, quality assurance, supply stability, and operational efficiency.
The meeting called on all business units and functional departments to strengthen coordination, improve customer service quality, and capture growth opportunities during the key market season.
At the meeting, Vice President Liang Lichun noted that September and October represent an important period for market development. He emphasized that all subsidiaries and departments should work closely together to improve customer service capabilities and respond more effectively to market demand.
Production teams were asked to further standardize order approval procedures, strengthen product quality control, and continuously improve the customer experience. The EHS department will continue to increase safety investment and advance safety production standardization to support stable operations.
Procurement teams were encouraged to closely monitor raw material market dynamics, plan inventory in advance, and strengthen supply chain resilience. Sales teams will continue to focus on key accounts, accurately identify customer needs, and expand product application opportunities.
Jadechem also highlighted the importance of accelerating project development to enhance product quality, production capacity, and supply reliability. These initiatives are expected to further support the Company’s ability to serve customers in high-growth industries and strengthen its long-term competitiveness.
Chairman Song Wenchao expressed appreciation to employees across the organization for their dedication during August, a month marked by high temperatures and strong supply pressure.
Looking ahead, he emphasized that the new energy battery materials segment should continue to reinforce supply chain assurance, optimize product quality, and accelerate new product development. The specialty surfactants segment should further leverage Jadechem’s core technical advantages, deepen research into downstream derivative materials, and adapt to emerging market requirements.
As September also marks the start of a new school season, the Company encouraged business teams to strengthen professional learning, summarize proven experience, and promote mature practices across the organization.
Jadechem will continue to stay close to domestic and international markets, identify new growth drivers, expand development opportunities, and work toward the successful completion of its annual budget targets and long-term strategic objectives.
