On the morning of April 1, 2026, Jadechem held its April flag-raising ceremony and business kick-off meeting. The event emphasized a strong market orientation, full-scale supply assurance, and continuous improvement in operational quality.

Vice President Liang Lichun highlighted that all subsidiaries and departments must strictly implement safety deployment requirements throughout April, while coordinating efforts in supply assurance and project construction. Preparations for stable production and efficient operations should be thoroughly reinforced. The sales team is expected to achieve budget targets in line with established strategies; the procurement team should closely monitor raw material price trends to ensure supply security; and the technical team must provide proactive support, refine contingency plans, and strengthen customer service capabilities. All teams are called upon to unite, collaborate efficiently, and systematically advance key initiatives to drive strong performance in the second quarter.

Chairman Song delivered a keynote address, noting that in March, fluctuations in the international landscape caused significant disruptions to the supply chain. In response, all employees acted swiftly and worked tirelessly to secure supply, effectively meeting customer demands. Facing the dual challenges of market shortages and rising raw material costs, the company will focus on enhancing delivery capabilities, accelerating production-sales turnover, and responding rationally to evolving market dynamics. Efforts will also be made to improve pricing decision mechanisms, reasonably distribute cost pressures, and ensure stable cash flow.
